Paul White,
President and Founder
Paul White is the founder and President of CompView Medical. Mr. White also serves as Chairman of CompView Inc., a leading systems design and integration firm for group communications products and services, which he founded in 1986. Prior to founding CompView, Mr. White was in residential real estate for more than 15 years. He also co-founded Lightware, the first manufacturer to make an under-ten pound projector. Mr. White is affiliated with several leading medical organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, American Heart Association and Young Entrepreneur’s Organization, serving as an active member of the boards of directors.

Steve Heniges has over two decades of senior commercial and business development experience at several of Johnson & Johnson’s divisions, where he held varying National and International including leading sales, marketing, customer and technical service and clinical education business units. Most recently, Steve was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Clinical Development for Viking Systems a company focused on 3D visualization for minimally invasive surgery. Michelle Waddell is a senior financial and accounting professional with over 15 years of progressive responsibility in planning, directing and measuring financial and operational systems. Michelle has managed finance, accounting, system integration in the audio-visual and graphics industry, making her an invaluable resource for CompView Medical. As an Economics graduate from the University of Memphis, Michelle has continued to pursue achievements in education with certifications and training in ISO 13485-2003 Internal Auditor, AMA and OBA for quality, regulatory and controller strategies. Michelle’s vision and focus on the highest quality standards and compliance management is critical to the success and standards of CompView Medical.

Adrian King,
Director of Software Design
Adrian King is an experienced software developer and technical project manager with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. He has held engineering positions with Microsoft and LogicaCMG as well as with startup companies. While at Microsoft he managed some of the most important early systems software product development groups and was senior program manager for Microsoft’s Network Business Unit. Adrian is also the critically acclaimed author of “Inside Windows 95”, the official design exposé for Microsoft’s most important Windows release. As Chief Technology Officer for MusicGiants, he overhauled the company’s product and technical strategy, leading an engineering team in a ground up re-implementation of the company’s products. Adrian is a vital team member of CompView Medical, with his expertise and vision for continuing product development, providing customers with powerful and intuitive systems.

Larry Vollum was the principal and founder of InterPlay Design, Inc. Interplay Design is an independent engineering design-consulting firm based in Portland, Oregon with project-based clients including Clarity Visual Systems, Cogent Research, Mag Innovision and Amtran. As the co-founder of and industrial designer for E-Machines, a manufacturer of large, high-resolution monitors for the Apple Macintosh computer market from 1985 to 1993, Larry has over 20 years of experience as an industrial designer. Larry has brought vision to life with CompView Medical, as the engineer and designer of NuBOOM.
